2012

The adventure started in a small apartment in Stuttgart. Rida and Mirjam had the vision of a recruitment agency for the Middle East that would make the extra mile for its clients and candidates. Friendly and perceptive – a nice way to help these two worlds better understand each other.

After four months of brainstorming, driven by the desire to hire Arabic Speakers, Motschenbacher International was created and set up in a small office in the Suburb Azzouzia, 10 km away from Marrakech, Morocco.

The first recruitment mission was executed for one of the most luxurious hotels in Erbil, Irak. Divan Hotel which is still highly cherished and loved from the whole Motschenbacher International team.

2013

Motschenbacher International moved to a new, larger and more welcoming office in the city center of Marrakech. During this period the first registered trademark of Motschenbacher International was created – HEES Honours Center! A training center dedicated to the requirements of 5 star hotels in the Middle East.

In the same year Motschenbacher Internatinal created the trademark MH Placement for their recruitment operation to give companies a better understanding of the structure and working ethics of Motschenbacher International.

2015

Finally, Motschenbacher International found their own office location in Izdihar, Marrakech. Our office space ranges over 4 floors and has enough space to lodge both trademarks and to ensure for our clients an unique recognition value. This office space is definitely worth a visit!

2016

Another idea grew inside the CEOs’ head! Expanding to other cities in Morocco to ensure a more hands-on customer service for our candidates. So, Motschenbacher International opened their 2nd office in Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Already, the first feedback was amazing and justified this step.

2021

The adventure continued when Rida had another idea of a training center dedicated to the requirements of 5 star hotels in the Middle East - International Culinary Center – another nice way to help these two worlds better understand each other.

Motschenbacher International has helped more than 70 hotels, for their oversea hospitality recruitment, in hotel department such as: Front Office, Food & Beverage, Reservation, Sales & Marketing, Culinary, Housekeeping, Guest Service, Administration,etc. These hotels hired between 4 to 100 people.

Motschenbacher International has still a lot of planes and trademarks in their pipeline such as Deutsch Korrekt, Diyafa Curriculum and more. The story continues... and why not write part of it together?
